ELIN: https://teamdagarna.com/
We are one of Sweden’s largest career fairs, held over two days with around 75 participating companies and more than 4,000 student visitors. DreamTEAM consists of 24 members from the I-section and ELIN, five of whom form the Executive Team, which has overall responsibility for the TEAM Days. The main purpose of the fair is to connect companies and students.
Leading up to the fair, pre-event weeks are organized, where companies get the chance to prepare students through workshops, inspiring lectures, and personal meetings. During the fair days, exhibiting companies have the opportunity to meet some of Sweden’s most sought-after students as they prepare to enter working life. In 2025, the TEAM Days were held on September 27–28.
